	Front of the house, from the South (road/driveway) side.
	Front of the house, from the Southwest. The deck is newly stained dark brown since this photo, and has a picnic table, built in grill, large market umbrella, chairs.
	The main floor has a mostly open floor plan, high ceilings with lots of light and space. This is a view from the upstairs (6 stairs to top), down into the seating area of the living space. A sectional sofa is in the living area, with a TV with DVD/VHS player (new 2005), fireplace, large mirrored closet, other furnishings.
	The dining area is on the main floor, between kitchen and living area. It's open and contains a large dining table, chairs and a hutch. Extra leaves and chairs are in storage for large groups, as is a child's booster seat with tray table. The sliding glass door to the deck is in the background here.
	The kitchen contains a hide-away 4 burner stove, double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, lots of counter space, breakfast bar with 3 stools, microwave, coffee pot, cooking and serving utensils.
	Master Bedroom has 2 twin beds pushed together for a king. Can be separated if needed. This room has a window a/c unit, large shutter door closet, large dresser, chair, mirror. Painted in 2006 (updated photo coming soon), more renovations coming this spring.
	Second Bedroom has a full size bed, antique dressing table (behind you in photo--not shown), large shutter door closet, side tables and lamp.
	Third bedroom has two twin beds, antique dresser, distressed dresser, rocking chair, lamp and closet--ironing board and iron in closet.
Bathroom Photos coming soon	Upstairs bath has 2 sinks, bath tub with shower. Downstairs has single sink and a shower stall.
Basement	Basement is down 6 stairs from the living room/kitchen. It is a large utilitarian (carpeted, simple room) rainy-day play area with an office desk and storage room. It has the second bathroom and the washer dryer, as well as a ground level exit to outside.
Other Amenities	We now have FOUR good quality adult bicycles, (2 with helmets, baskets,locks), for shopping or sightseeing. A radio flyer wagon for the kids to pull around, some toys and children's books. A few board games and puzzles, lawn bowling, etc. There is an outdoor clothes line for beach towels and laundry to dry.
